I am coming back to you to say that your website does not fit currently with the Games Workshop I.P. policy.
Because of that you are not able to be registered as a qualified league at the moment for the World Cup 2011.
Would you agree to give us a phone number in order that we talk about this issue?

Hello,

First of all, thanks a lot for your subscription in order to become a qualifying league for the Blood Bowl World Cup 2011.

Congratulations, your league is qualifying for the Blood Bowl World Cup 2011.

It’s now time to enter the big deal.

Some points about qualifying leagues:

- We will create a dedicated topic for your league on the official forum.

- You will have to post on this topic:

1. whether a link to your website (if you want to manage subscriptions on your website),

2. whether anything you need to manage the subscriptions on the official boards.

As said on the forum, we will postpone a bit the beginning of registration of the players to the World Cup.

Players will be able to register from the 20th of April to the 1st of May.

Remember, a player is not allowed to sign in to two leagues.

What you will have to give us once the player registration is over?

An .xls file containing two columns:

- 1st column > Alias of the coach

- 2nd column > Alias of the coach on the online servers

Please do not mention any other information (if we don’t ask for them of course).

Once we will have all the registered players, we will be able to split the leagues into 4 groups and to calculate the number of tickets awarded to each league.

Concerning Freebooter tournament.

If some players can’t register in any league, they will be able to compete through Freebooters Tournament. As we told you when we contacted you for the World Cup, we would like you to manage them. How would it stand? We will create some tournaments and then give you the rights to administrate them. What shape will have the Freebooter Tournaments ? It will be decided once we know how many Freebooters tournament there will be.

So to sum up, how does it go now?

You just have to manage the registration to your league for the World Cup (please do not begin before the 20th of April). By the 2nd of May, please send us the xls file containing the information we asked.

Then we will calculate the number of tickets awarded to each league and the number of Freebooters Tournaments.
