Para los interesados arriba enlace a un fichero con Age of Rifles parcheado y listo para ejecutar (funciona hasta en W10) e incluye todos los escenarios y campañas publicadas ademas de los manuales. Publicado en el grupo Yahoo de AoR por James London


This file is rather large- nearly 500MB- but it contains the following:
1. AoR and the Campaign Discs patched to 1.403 (Which to the best of my knowledge is the latest around)
2. Every scenario and campaign ever made (as far as I can tell, but I'm pretty sure it's the case), including a few (Very few) no one has ever seen before.
3. Two copies of the manual for those who need a refresher course or new comers.
4,All of this in one easy-to-launch package for the new technological era.

No more fiddling with Dosbox to start the game. No more hunting around the ghost of Games Depot to try and find files. This is the only file you need to bring your vanilla AoR experience fully up to date.

Setup is simple.
1. Click the Mega link I have Here
2. Download the RAR file.3. UnRAR its' contents to wherever you wish.
3. Open the "Wargame Construction Set 3 etc etc etc" folder.
4. Click on the file that says- fittingly enough- "START THE GAME." And it should automatically launch the game through DosBox.

Gracias Pijus, fantástico aporte. A mí no me funciona usando el archivo .bat, tengo que ejecutar el dosbox y así sin problema, lo comento por si le pasa a alguien más.

Me funciona perfectamente en W10, uno d elos primeros wargames a los que jugue y un clásico que no ha siido mejorado desde entonces en muchaos aspectos, para mi el mejor juego por turnos de batallas del siglo XIX que ha existido y con un magnifico editor.

Pues a mi no me arranca, ejecuto el Rifles.exe y me salta un error diciendo que no encuentra el Rifles.exe

Ejecuta el START THE GAME.bat, en el directorio principal.

Yo al descomprimir veo un directorio C y otro cd y dos ficheros que son el manual.
pero no tengo ningun bat que se llame START THE GAME, estoy torpe o algo no me cuadra.

Edito: algo habia fallado en la descompresion, ahora si tengo ese fichero
