Ya que este AAR es de lobos de mar de la Primera Guerra Mundial, os voy a dejar un vídeo de una partida que he hecho con mi
Warship Combat Navies at War.
En la batalla, hecha con el generador de batallas del juego, se enfrentan 1 destructor francés comandado por mí, y dos estadounidenses. El enfrentamiento es ficticio, por supuesto
Los buques son:
DD Aventurier
The Aventurier class was a class of four destroyers of the French Navy launched in 1911, and used during the First World War. Originally ordered by Argentina, they were taken over by the French on the outbreak of war in August 1914, completed with French armament and renamed

DD Cassin
Four destroyers in the United States Navy formed the Cassin-class. All served as convoy escorts during World War I. The Cassins were the first of six "second-generation" 1000-ton four-stack destroyer classes that were front-line ships of the Navy until the 1930s.
They were the first to carry the new 4 inch (102 mm) gun. The number of torpedo tubes were doubled from the four carried by the Paulding-class to eight. The additional armament significantly increased their tonnage to over 1,000 tons and decreased their speed to less than thirty knots (56 km/h).
The Aylwin-class was built concurrently, and those four ships are often considered to be Cassins.
The first USS Cassin (DD-43) was the lead ship of her class of destroyers in the United States Navy during World War I. She was later transferred to the United States Coast Guard, where she was designated CG-1. She was named for Stephen Cassin.
WW1
Operations along the east coast on Neutrality patrol and drills and surveillance patrol in the Caribbean were Cassin's employment until April 1917, when she was immediately prepared for overseas deployment. She arrived at Queenstown, Ireland on 17 May, and began operations which called for her to rendezvous with American troop convoys at sea and escort them to ports in England and France. On 15 October, she sighted the German submarine U-61 about 20 nmi (23 mi; 37 km) south of Mind Head, Ireland, and pursued her. At 13:30, Cassin was struck on her port stern by a torpedo.
According to the report issued by the Secretary of the Navy, the torpedo would have missed the Cassin entirely, except it breached the surface of the water on two occasions and turned to the left each time. The torpedo struck above the water line, and ignited several depth charges.
Gunner's Mate First Class Osmond Ingram was killed. When he saw the approaching torpedo, he ran to where the depth charges were and began throwing them overboard. He was killed in the explosion. For his actions, he received a posthumous Medal of Honor. Nine other men received minor wounds, but miraculously, though there were more than 20 men sleeping in rooms that were completely destroyed by the torpedo, no one else was killed. In fact, Fireman First Class F. W. Kruse is reported to have wandered out of the room while completely unconscious after having had 84 in (2,100 mm) of frame blown away immediately adjacent to his bunk.
Cassin, her rudder blown off and stern extensively damaged, began to circle. This did not prevent her, however, from firing four rounds at the submarine when she spotted its conning tower at 1430. The submarine, thus discouraged from further attack, submerged and was not contacted again. Through the night, Cassin was guarded by the American destroyer Porter and the British sloops HMS Jessamine and Tamarisk, as well as a disguised sloop under Captain Ronald Niel Stuart. In the morning, HMS Snowdrop took Cassin in tow for Queenstown. After repairs there and at Newport, England, Cassin returned to escort duty on 2 July 1918.
USS Monaghan
The first USS Monaghan (DD-32) was a modified Paulding-class destroyer in the United States Navy during World War I and later in the United States Coast Guard, designated (CG-15). She was named for Ensign John R. Monaghan.
Monaghan was laid down on 1 June 1910 by Newport News Shipbuilding Company, Newport News, Virginia; launched on 18 February 1911; sponsored by Mrs. F. J. Gavin, sister of Ensign Monaghan; and commissioned on 21 June 1911, Lieutenant Commander W. P. Cronan in command.
WW1
Joining the Atlantic Fleet, Monaghan took part in fleet readiness training and operations which prepared the US Navy to enter action immediately when its country joined the Allies in World War I. Monaghan's first war service was on patrol along the Atlantic coast; she then escorted troop convoys through the dangerous mid-ocean section of their crossings. From November 1917 until the Armistice a year later, Monaghan made antisubmarine patrols against the U-boat menace in European waters. Returning from occupation duty, Monaghan decommissioned at Philadelphia on 4 November 1919.
La Batalla
A mi parecer desequilibrada.
