Buenas

Supongo que la comunidad en general estará al corriente de lo que voy a comentar, pero por si acaso, ahí va; he visto ciertas noticias (en 20 minutos.es) respecto a la pérdida del control sobre los vídeos que la gente cuelga en your tube; a grosso modo, viene a decir que, una vez que has publicado el vídeo, esa página tiene derecho a utilizar ese producto a su gusto... me consta que en el foro hay gente letrada, así que no estaría de más que nos aclarasen lo que yo solo puedo decir sucíntamente.

Por ejemplo, no me gustaría ver como vídeos como el de Rommel (y a él supongo que mucho menos), fuesen utilizados con fines distintos a los que su autor le quiso dar, ¿esto sería posible?

... no quería ser alarmista, pero sí en la obligación de decirlo. por razones obvias;
ya he dicho en el post que yo no sé hasta qué punto pueden llegar, pues no soy lego, pero en las condiciones "que nunca leemos de casi ningún servicio que utilizamos alégremente" debe de venir lo que yo estoy comentando.

Saludos y tampoco te lo tomes a la tremenda Rommel, aunque puede servir para tomar medidas preventivas

5. User Submissions

algo asi le paso a la banda Monkey Artic pero con MySpace ellos colgaron sus canciones ahi y se icieron famosos pero los directivos de ese sitio se quisieron quedar con sus derechosde autor, el resultado juicio de pormedio y lograron demostrar que esas canciones eran demos

... creo que habrá otros alojamientos donde las condiciones no sean las mismas, y por tanto preservar tu trabajo; los foreros suelen colgar muchas cosas, así que habrá alguien por aquí que te podrá ayudar a encontrar sitios menos, llamemos, leoninos.

¿Qué más da que los de Youtube los consideren "suyos"? Pensadlo bien, no nos afecta para nada. Al contrario, Youtube es un servicio gratuito de algo que costaría bastante dinero pagar si tuvieramos que contratarlo.

Lo único que hacen es cubrirse las espaldas.

Que podria llegar a hacer plata con alguno de los videos? Ademas si quieren ganar plata que metan propaganda en las paginas
